WARRANTY
In the terms established by the law, it is an obligation to take responsibility for the quality, suitability, safety and good conditions of the products.
Our products have a 30-day warranty from the time of purchase and only for manufacturing defects that for various reasons were not detected in our visual inspection at the time of shipping. To this effect, you must notify us within 5 days after receiving your product. If it is a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new one. If the model is no longer available, you can replace it for any other piece of the same value or higher, paying the difference.
– Broken stones, caused by hitting or dropping do not have warranty because it is considered misuse and improper care (see Product Care).
– Gold-plated products can fade with use. Color fading does not have warranty after 30 days of purchase.
– Discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
